Terms of Use
Last updated: June 1, 2026
By downloading or using PulsarCast ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PulsarCast on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Usage Rules.
PulsarCast Plus subscription
- What it is: an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. The app works without it.
- Model: an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The exact price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase and may vary by region.
- Renewal: it renews automatically at the same price at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase and on each renewal.
- Manage and cancel: you can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already paid for stays active until it ends.
Community content
The app lets you submit feature suggestions and vote on them. When you submit content, you agree to keep it respectful and to not include offensive or illegal material, or third-party material without permission. We review suggestions before publishing them and may edit or remove any content, and limit access for anyone who breaks these rules. You can report inappropriate content from within the app.
Third-party content
PulsarCast plays podcasts published by third parties through their RSS feeds. We don't produce, host, or control that content and we're not responsible for it. The rights to each podcast belong to its authors.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
