How do I add a podcast?
Tap the + button and search by name, or paste an RSS feed URL. You can also open a podcast from search and download individual episodes without following it.
Do episodes download automatically?
Yes. When you follow a podcast, new episodes download automatically in the background. For this to work, keep "Background App Refresh" enabled in iOS settings.
What's included in PulsarCast Plus?
Additional features and the ability to suggest and vote on improvements inside the app. It's optional; the app works without a subscription.
How do I cancel or manage the subscription?
From your App Store account settings on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
I switched phones, how do I get Plus back?
In the app's Settings, tap "Restore purchases".
I lost my library
Your library is stored on your device. Updating the app shouldn't lose it. If something goes wrong, email us and we'll help.
