How do I add a podcast?
Tap the + button and search by name, or paste an RSS feed URL. You can also open a podcast from search and download individual episodes without following it.
Do episodes download automatically?
Yes. When you follow a podcast, new episodes download automatically in the background. On iPhone, keep "Background App Refresh" enabled in iOS settings; on Android, allow background activity for PulsarCast.
What's included in PulsarCast Ultra?
Ultra includes the web player; article, link, PDF and text-to-podcast conversion; AI summaries, questions, cited links and skip detection; smart-list automations; personal audio and Telegram capture; synced favorites and bookmarks; email digests; and advanced customization. It is optional and the core podcast player works without a subscription.
How do I cancel or manage the subscription?
On iPhone, use Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. If you subscribed on pulsarcast.com, open the billing portal from PulsarCast's account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
I switched phones, how do I get Ultra back?
For an App Store or Google Play purchase, use "Restore purchases" in Settings. If you subscribed on the web, sign in with the same email you used at checkout and refresh your Ultra entitlement.
I lost my library
Your library is stored on your device and, if you signed in, synced to your account. Updating the app should not remove it. Sign in with the same email on a new device; if something still looks wrong, email us and we'll help.
